Antonio Angel Roman was born in 1908 as the son of Jose Angel Concepcion and Maria Macaria Roman Santos. He married Celedonia Jacinto Victoriano in August 1928. They were the parents of at least 2 daughters. He died on 4 July 1954, at the age of 46.
