    Warrant G. Harding died of a heart attack in the Palace hotel in San Francisco.

    1923 · Amendment of Equal Rights

    Age 2

    Is a proposed amendment to help guarantee equal legal rights for all citizens of the United States. Its main objective is to end legal distinctions between the two genders in terms of divorce, property, employment, and other legal matters. Even though it isn't the 28th Amendment yet, it has started conversations about the meaning of legal equality.

    1941 · Comanche Code Talkers

    Age 20

    Many Native Americans from Oklahoma were once again employed as code talkers during WWII to create a code impenetrable by enemies. Rather than Choctaw, a Comanche-language code was developed. Several of these men were sent to invade Normandy to send messages. None of the men were killed and the Comanche code was never broken. 

    Name Meaning

    English, Scottish, and northern Irish (of Norman origin): habitational name from Sainte-Foy-de-Montgomery and Saint-Germain-de-Montgomery (Calvados). In Ireland this surname was present in the medieval period, died out, and was then reintroduced from Scotland in the 17th century. It has been Gaelicized in Ireland as Mac Iomaire and in Scotland as Mac Gumaraid.
