When Rómulo Piñones Garrocho was born on 27 February 1930, in Jopoy, Pánuco, Veracruz, Mexico, his father, Esteban Piñones Huerta, was 23 and his mother, María Leandra Garrocho, was 25. He died on 21 June 1978, in Ciudad Madero, Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas, Mexico, at the age of 48.
