She died on 4 March 1880, in Paris, Grant, Wisconsin, United States, at the age of 69, and was buried in Piddington Cemetery, Dickeyville, Grant, Wisconsin, United States.

During the New Madrid earthquakes of 1811-1812, the Kentucky Bend or New Madrid Bend was created. It is located in the southwestern corner of Kentucky on the banks of the Mississippi River.

1830 · The Second Great Awakening

Being a second spiritual and religious awakening, like the First Great Awakening, many Churches began to spring up from other denominations.
