She married Horace Spafford in 1824, in Kingston, Frontenac, Ontario, Canada. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 6 daughters. She lived in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois, United States in 1839. She died on 25 June 1850, in Salt Creek Election Precinct, Cass, Nebraska, United States, at the age of 51, and was buried in Indian Territory, United States.
