When Juana Martina Mansilla was born in 1850, in Cerro Largo, Uruguay, her father, CLEMENTE MANSILLA, was 20 and her mother, LUISA FERNÁNDEZ, was 20. She married León Tomás Castillo Pereira on 13 July 1882, in Treinta y Tres, Uruguay. They were the parents of at least 9 sons and 11 daughters. She died on 30 December 1962, in Treinta y Tres, Uruguay, at the age of 112.
