When Julia Albarenga was born on 1 July 1864, in Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Caá Catí, General Paz, Corrientes, Argentina, her father, Felipe Alvarenga, was 51 and her mother, Josefa Dolores Barreto, was 18. She had at least 4 sons and 8 daughters with Francisco Froilán Delgado. She lived in Santo Tomé, Corrientes, Argentina in 1895. She died on 24 July 1952, in Apóstoles, Apóstoles, Misiones, Argentina, at the age of 88.
