She lived in Hallund, Dronninglund, Hjørring, Denmark in 1845. She died on 2 August 1861, in Nebraska, United States, at the age of 18, and was buried in Pioneer Children's Memorial, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States.
