Keanolani Kamehameha was born on 7 July 1847, in Kaua'i, Hawaii, United States as the daughter of Keaupuni and Aliʻi Abigail Apikaila Maheha. She had at least 2 sons and 2 daughters with John Olopua Kamali. She died on 30 June 1902, in Honolulu, Oahu, Kingdom of Hawaii, at the age of 54, and was buried in Kawaiahao, Oahu, Hawaii, United States.
