When Helsine Hjetting was born on 11 April 1818, in Borup, Borup, Støvring, Randers, Denmark, her father, Jens Jensen Hjetting, was 53 and her mother, Karen Sophia Frederiksdatter Soelsbeck, was 32. She married Magnus Carl Friderich Bohne on 29 January 1843, in København, Denmark. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 1 daughter. She lived in Randers, Denmark for about 5 years. She died on 7 January 1890, in Mount Pleasant, Sanpete, Utah, United States, at the age of 71, and was buried in Mount Pleasant, Sanpete, Utah, United States.

The Casino Theatre was built as an entertainment center by Georg Carstensen but was converted into a theatre in 1848. After many years of never gaining popularity, it was closed in 1937 and demolished in 1960.
