    1944 · The Beaches of Normandy Get Stormed

    Age 0

    On June 6, 1944 United States forces stormed the beaches of Normandy, France. The four beaches that were stormed were Utah, Omaha, Golden, and Juno.  It gave the allies what they needed to liberate Frane, which was the start to liberate the rest of Europe.
