When Fraternidad Felicita Iglesias Bocanegra was born on 7 March 1909, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, her father, Don Santiago Iglesias Pantin, was 37 and her mother, Doña Justa Pastora Bocanegra López, was 26. She married Luis Frasqueri Toste on 27 April 1968, in San Jorge, Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico. She lived in Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico for about 10 years. She died on 29 December 1984, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, at the age of 75, and was buried in Viejo San Juan, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
