1923 · The President Dies of a Heart Attack

Age 3

Warrant G. Harding died of a heart attack in the Palace hotel in San Francisco.
1931 · The Bagnell Dam and Lake of the Ozarks

Age 11

The Bagnell Dam on the Osage River was completed in 1931. The dam was built to generate hydroelectric power to the Osage Power Plant. The building of the dam created Lake of the Ozarks, one of the largest man-made lakes in the world, and over 1,000 miles of shoreline.
1937 · The Neutrality Act

Age 17

The Neutrality Acts were passed in response to the growing conflicts in Europe and Asia during the time leading up to World War II. The primary purpose was so the US wouldn't engage in any more foreign conflicts. Most of the Acts were repealed in 1941 when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor.

German: variant of Limpke, of uncertain origin. It may be a topographic name from Limbeke, a river name in the Harz Mountains, or from Limp, a short form of a Germanic personal name composed with lint ‘snake’ + berht ‘shining’ + -ke, diminutive suffix.
