In 1952 and 1954, Pat was associated with the Eatons Organization. She attended conventions for representatives of the organization in Northern Ontario. The voters lists said she was a clerk in 1945 and 1957, so possibly she was working for Eatons Organization that whole time.In 1976, she succeeded someone to become the Manager of the Province of Ontario Savings Office. The article said she had been on staff there since 1958. The voters lists said she was the Bookkeeper there from 1962-1965 and the Assistant Manager in 1972.

1934 · Dionne Quintuplets Born

Born on May 28, 1934, the Dionne quintuplets were the first set of quintuplets to survive infancy. The five girls were born two months prematuare and months later were taken from their parents by the Red Cross. In the 1940s they were returned to their family.

In the case of the Middlesex placename, the village was situated near the southern entrance to a large enclosed medieval forest.
