She married John Barnard in 1770, in Pittsylvania, Virginia, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 6 daughters. She died in 1788, in Roane, Tennessee, United States, at the age of 39, and was buried in Rogersville, Hawkins, Tennessee, United States.
