When Katharina Barbara Kober was born on 29 June 1836, in Kallstadt, Bad Dürkheim, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, her father, Johann Jakob Kober, was 34 and her mother, Maria Elisabetha Peter, was 22. She married Johannes Drumpf on 29 September 1859, in Kallstadt, Heppenheim, Grand Duchy of Hesse. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 4 daughters. She died in November 1922, in her hometown, at the age of 86, and was buried in Palatinate, Bavaria, Germany.
