He lived in Iowa, United States in 1850 and Mills, Iowa, United States in 1860. He died on 17 July 1861, in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie, Iowa, United States, at the age of 61, and was buried in Farm Creek Cemetery, Henderson, Mills, Iowa, United States.
