When Thomas Frame was born on 4 May 1759, in New Garden Township, Chester, Pennsylvania, British Colonial America, his father, James Frame, was 32 and his mother, Susannah Downard, was 27. He married Elizabeth Baird in 1786, in Luzerne, Luzerne Township, Fayette, Pennsylvania, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 5 daughters. He lived in Londonderry Township, Chester, Pennsylvania, United States for about 20 years and Daleville, Londonderry Township, Chester, Pennsylvania, United States in 1830. He registered for military service in 1781. He died on 20 August 1850, in Wills Township, Guernsey, Ohio, United States, at the age of 91, and was buried in Old Washington Cemetery, Tazewell, Illinois, United States.
