He lived in San Saba, Texas, United States in 1860 and Justice Precinct 1, San Saba, Texas, United States in 1880. He died on 1 February 1896, in San Saba, San Saba, Texas, United States, at the age of 78, and was buried in Harris Cemetery, San Saba, Texas, United States.
