He married Hannah Payne on 8 November 1711, in Braintree, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 3 sons. He died on 17 January 1726, in Quincy, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America, at the age of 47.
