She married Christian Wilhelm Meiers on 24 May 1828, in Kleiningersheim, Besigheim, Württemberg, Germany. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 27 June 1847, in Wells, Indiana, United States, at the age of 39.
