He married Agnes Toth on 29 January 1902, in Dunapentele, Fejér, Hungary. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 1 daughter. He died on 12 September 1944, at the age of 67.

    Germany raise treaties in Munich and Vienna in which Southern Slovakia and Northern Transylvania were returned to Hungary.
