1870 · The Fifteenth Amendment

Prohibits the federal government and each state from denying a citizen the right to vote based on that citizen's race, color, or previous condition of servitude. It was the last of the Reconstruction Amendments.

1870 · Giving all the right to vote

The Act was an extension of the Fifteenth Amendment, that prohibited discrimination by state offices in voter registration. It also helped empower the President with the authority to enforce the first section of the Fifteenth Amendment throughout the United States. Being the first of three Enforcement Acts passed by the Congress, it helped combat attacks on the suffrage rights of African Americans.

1890 · The Sherman Antitrust Act

This Act tried to prevent the raising of prices by restricting trade. The purpose of the Act was to preserve a competitive marketplace to protect consumers from abuse.
