He married Annie May Briscoe on 26 October 1910, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 4 daughters. He immigrated to Vermont, United States in 1895 and lived in United States in 1949. He died on 18 December 1970, in Las Vegas, Clark, Nevada, United States, at the age of 83, and was buried in Las Vegas, Clark, Nevada, United States.
