She married Duncan McArthur on 1 January 1818, in Holland, Holland, Erie, New York, United States. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 7 daughters. She immigrated to Utah, United States in 1848 and lived in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois, United States in 1839 and Utah, Utah, United States in 1850. She died on 16 November 1867, in Mount Pleasant, Sanpete, Utah, United States, at the age of 66, and was buried in Mount Pleasant, Sanpete, Utah, United States.
