He immigrated to Utah, United States in 1850 and lived in Coyote, Garfield, Utah, United States in 1910 and Garfield, Utah, United States in 1920. He registered for military service in 1851. He died on 19 June 1922, in Escalante, Garfield, Utah, United States, at the age of 85, and was buried in Escalante Cemetery, Escalante, Garfield, Utah, United States.
