She married Hans Rasmussen on 6 July 1869. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 5 daughters. She immigrated to Utah, United States in 1868 and lived in Box Elder, Utah, United States in 1900 and Cache, Utah, United States in 1910. She died on 11 March 1915, in Moore, Butte, Idaho, United States, at the age of 66, and was buried in Butte, Idaho, United States.
