He lived in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois, United States in 1839 and Tooele, Utah, United States in 1860. He died on 6 March 1894, in St. George, Washington, Utah, United States, at the age of 88, and was buried in Saint George City Cemetery, St. George, Washington, Utah, United States.
