When Jolanda Quinan Cortez was born on 31 August 1930, her father, Pablo Quinan Mancilla, was 20 and her mother, Rosa Cortes Garcia, was 13. She married Hector Mancilla on 31 August 1949. They were the parents of at least 1 son. She died on 24 April 2003, at the age of 72.
