She married Alexander Williams on 30 September 1824, in Maury, Tennessee, United States. They were the parents of at least 9 sons and 3 daughters. She lived in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois, United States in 1839 and Utah, Utah, United States for about 1 years. She died on 5 April 1862, in Provo, Utah, Utah, United States, at the age of 55, and was buried in Provo City Cemetery, Provo, Utah, Utah, United States.

Atlantic slave trade abolished.

1812 · Kentucky Bend Created

During the New Madrid earthquakes of 1811-1812, the Kentucky Bend or New Madrid Bend was created. It is located in the southwestern corner of Kentucky on the banks of the Mississippi River.

1821 · Financial Relief for Public Land

A United States law to provide financial relief for the purchasers of Public Lands. It permitted the earlier buyers, that couldn't pay completely for the land, to return the land back to the government. This granted them a credit towards the debt they had on land. Congress, also, extended credit to buyer for eight more years. Still while being in economic panic and the shortage of currency made by citizens, the government hoped that with the time extension, the economy would improve.
