He lived in Liberty, Bear Lake, Idaho, United States in 1900 and Bern, Bear Lake, Idaho, United States for about 10 years. He died on 27 February 1974, in Soda Springs, Caribou, Idaho, United States, at the age of 100, and was buried in Bern, Bear Lake, Idaho, United States.
