Carl Charles Widerborg was born on 11 May 1814, in Göteborgs och Bohus, Sweden as the son of Frederick Viderberg. He married Maria Michaelsen on 21 March 1841, in Tune, Østfold, Norway. In 1852, at the age of 37, his occupation is listed as private teacher - moving with his wife marie michalsen in Glemmen Kirke, Fredrikstad, Østfold, Norway. He died on 12 March 1869, in Ogden, Weber, Utah, United States, at the age of 54, and was buried in Ogden City Cemetery, Ogden, Weber, Utah, United States.
