When Lisbet Arnesen was born on 19 November 1920, in Bærum, Akershus, Norway, her father, Ludvig O Arnesen, was 26 and her mother, Margit Andersen Aabo, was 25. She married Oystein Henning Winger on 14 March 1948, in Oslo, Norway. She died on 10 February 1966, at the age of 45.
