When Isaac Newton Allred was born on 25 March 1830, in Farmington, Williamson, Tennessee, United States, his father, William Allred, was 40 and his mother, Sarah Ann Warren, was 35. He married Julia Ann Brown on 13 September 1849, in Pike, Missouri, United States. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 10 daughters. He lived in Chester, Sanpete, Utah, United States in 1880 and Island City, Union, Oregon, United States in 1910. He registered for military service in 1866. He died on 10 November 1917, in Clyde, Butte, Idaho, United States, at the age of 87, and was buried in Clyde, Butte, Idaho, United States.
