He lived in Haldimand, Ontario, Canada in 1881 and Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1901. He died on 22 October 1913, in Richmond, Cache, Utah, United States, at the age of 77, and was buried in Richmond City Cemetery, Richmond, Cache, Utah, United States.
