When Dwayne Nelson Andersen was born on 11 January 1921, in Brigham City, Box Elder, Utah, United States, his father, David Oswald Andersen, was 24 and his mother, Ora Nelson, was 21. He married Peggy Jean Huish on 15 September 1948, in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona, United States. He immigrated to World in 1944 and lived in Provo, Utah, Utah, United States in 2002. He registered for military service in 1944. He died on 13 August 2012, in Orem, Utah, Utah, United States, at the age of 91, and was buried in Provo City Cemetery, Provo, Utah, Utah, United States.
