He married Florence Joan Sedgman on 8 November 1944. He immigrated to World in 1943 and lived in Long Beach Judicial Township, Los Angeles, California, United States in 1940. He registered for military service in 1944. He died on 12 May 1984, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States, at the age of 62, and was buried in West Valley City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States.
