He immigrated to Vermont, United States in 1895 and lived in Salt Lake City Ward 6, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States in 1940 and Salt Lake Temple, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States in 1946. He died on 7 October 1946, at the age of 63, and was buried in Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States.
