She married George Price on 29 November 1883, in Manti, Sanpete, Utah, United States. They were the parents of at least 8 sons and 6 daughters. She lived in Provo, Utah, Utah, United States in 1920 and Supervisorial District 2, Maricopa, Arizona, United States in 1940. She died on 15 August 1952, in Phoenix, Maricopa, Arizona, United States, at the age of 86, and was buried in Charleston Cemetery, Charleston, Wasatch, Utah, United States.

This Act was to restrict the power of the President removing certain office holders without approval of the Senate. It denies the President the power to remove any executive officer who had been appointed by the president with the advice and consent of the Senate, unless the Senate approved the removal during the next full session of Congress. The Amendment was later repealed.
