He married Mary Ann Harris on 14 February 1867, in Harrisburg, Washington, Utah, United States. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He lived in Kane, Utah, United States in 1900 and Cassia, Idaho, United States in 1920. He registered for military service in 1867. He died on 11 June 1924, in Burley, Cassia, Idaho, United States, at the age of 75, and was buried in Pleasant View Cemetery, Burley, Cassia, Idaho, United States.
