When Troen Ingvarsdotter was born on 23 December 1713, in Frillestad, Luggude, Malmöhus, Sweden, her father, Ingvar Bengtson, was 22 and her mother, Boel Pehrsdotter, was 16. She married Nils Martinsson on 6 February 1737, in Frillestad, Luggude, Malmöhus, Sweden. They were the parents of at least 8 sons and 6 daughters. She died on 7 December 1775, at the age of 61.
