When Leannah McCormack Keenan was born on 7 September 1788, her father, John McCormack, was 38 and her mother, Leannah Masterson, was 25. She married John Hamilton Keenan on 1 December 1808, in Lincoln, Kentucky, United States. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 2 daughters. She died on 19 June 1833, in Giles, Tennessee, United States, at the age of 44, and was buried in Old Graveyard Memorial Park, Pulaski, Giles, Tennessee, United States.
