Willads Christensen was born about 1657 as the son of Christen Jensen. He married Ellen Sofrensdatter on 4 October 1705, in Storvorde, Ålborghus, Denmark. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 2 daughters. He died on 2 April 1733, at the age of 77.
