He lived in Petersburg, Menard, Illinois, United States in 1880 and Kilbourne Township, Mason, Illinois, United States in 1910. He died on 5 December 1921, in Oakford, Menard, Illinois, United States, at the age of 80, and was buried in Oakford Cemetery, Menard, Illinois, United States.
