Minnie Frances Bowie was born in 1863, in New York, United States as the daughter of Alexander Bowie and Mary Celina Dolly. She married Reuben Gates Hayes on 3 July 1916. She died on 24 December 1943, in Dover, Strafford, New Hampshire, United States, at the age of 80.
