When Concepcion Ibarra Valdez was born on 20 September 1901, in Satevó, Chihuahua, Mexico, her father, Santos Ibarra, was 31 and her mother, Francisca Valdés, was 30. She married Celestino Chavira Valdez on 14 August 1922, in Santa María de Cuevas, Doctor Belisario Domínguez, Chihuahua, Mexico. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 2 daughters. She died on 25 March 1986, at the age of 84.
