When Eugene Delphin Leon Theodore Guibert was born on 21 February 1879, in Saint-Saturnin-du-Bois, Charente-Maritime, Poitou-Charentes, France, his father, Jean Francois Constant Guibert, was 31 and his mother, Florine Legeron, was 23. He married Cecile Lea Gandouet on 29 June 1905, in Saint-Saturnin-du-Bois, Charente-Maritime, Poitou-Charentes, France. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 3 daughters. He died on 16 October 1969, in his hometown, at the age of 90.
