When Walter Gomes Lisboa was born about 1917, in Cachoeira do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, his father, Reinelson Lisboa, was 15 and his mother, Analia Silveira, was 10. He married Ondina Gomes Machado about 1940, in Cachoeira do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He died about 1992, in his hometown, at the age of 75.
