When William Brockman was born on 23 October 1740, in St. Thomas Parish, Orange, Virginia, British Colonial America, his father, John Brockman, was 25 and his mother, Mary Collins, was 23. He married Elizabeth Brockman in 1764. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 8 daughters. He died in July 1812, in Boone, Kentucky, United States, at the age of 71, and was buried in Boone, Kentucky, United States.

1781 · The First Constitution
