When Johann Andreas Rinne was born on 24 July 1704, in Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach, Germany, his father, Georg Adam Rinne, was 29 and his mother, Anna Maria Ernst, was 27. He married Martha Rosina Kuehnhausen on 13 May 1736. They were the parents of at least 4 daughters. He died on 7 April 1780, in his hometown, at the age of 75.
